Golf Service Lead & Marshal

Topgolf - El Segundo, CA

January 2022 to June 2023

I was responsible for maintaining effecient scheduling and distribution of players into both range bays and the golf course. I also was responsible for the simple upkeeping tasks necessary for consumer presentability. I worked on merchandise displays as well as resolving customer conflicts.

In charge of short-form content editing for a social media marketing team in a temporary role. Rolled out 3-6 videos weekly as needed, while offering a flexible schedule and round the clock availability.

I was responsible for the upkeep and running the front and back of house dependant on daily tasks. I also was a trainer for front and back of the house tasks (kitchen and POS/ Drive Through).

I was responsible for keeping the score of youth basketball games while doing the score book as well, I would also be responsible for making sure everything is clean, games are set and multiple different aspects.
